Refund policy
As a policy, we do not offer returns on artworks that are delivered in good condition, and as per your order.
Each original artwork is an expression of the artist's unique sensibilities and is absolutely exclusive. Respecting the art and the artist, we are unable to accommodate any returns. We therefore provide a service that allows you to see the artwork over a video call if you like, before buying it. It is important to us that there are no surprises after you get the artwork in your hands.
If, however, the artwork delivered doesn’t match the one you had ordered for, or was delivered in a damaged condition, then we will make things right, or issue you a full refund. In such cases where a refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to you, via your original payment method.
To return a wrongly sent product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, over email at hello@jayagatha.com with your order details, and the image of the wrongfully delivered or damaged artwork.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert to you within 48 working hours.
