What payment methods do you accept?
The store offers our customers the choice of either PhonePe or Cashfree as their payment gateway at the time of checkout. Both PhonePe and Cashfree are third party payment gateways, and offer you multiple payment options, including credit and debit cards, netbanking, digital wallets, and NEFT. If, however, you don't wish to use a third-party payment gateway, and prefer to instead make a direct bank transfer, email us at hello@jayagatha.com, and we will send you the details to make a direct payment for your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch your artwork/s to you within 3 business days of receiving your order. The courier service should take another 2 to 5 days to deliver it, depending on your shipping address within India. In sum, you should get your package within 5 to 10 days of placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once we dispatch your order, we will email you the courier tracking number which will help you track the shipment.
What is your returns policy?
As a policy, we do not offer returns on artworks that are delivered in good condition, and as per your order. We encourage you to ask for a live online preview of the artwork before making a purchase if you wish to get a better feel of the artwork.
What is a live online preview?
If you like an artwork (or a set of artworks), and would like to preview it over a video-call before making a purchase, please email us at hello@jayagatha.com. We will schedule a video call over Zoom/Google Meet, and give you a live preview of the works of art that you are interested in. We do encourage this, as it will give you a better understanding of the dimensions and the look and feel, and help you make an informed choice.
What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
If the artwork delivered doesn’t match the one you had ordered for, or was delivered in a damaged condition, please report it by getting in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, over email at hello@jayagatha.com with your order details, and the image of the wrongfully delivered or damaged artwork. We will make things right, or issue you a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not ship internationally at the moment, but we will start soon. Do email us if you're interested in an artwork, and we will let you know once we start shipping outside India.
